Cllr. Soni Karnga Williams is the Founder and Executive Director of The Cyber-Ed Christian School of Excellence.  Prior to this, she served as Director of Child Justice at the Ministry of Justice, Republic of Liberia.  She is also the Founder and Managing Partner of the Law Office of Soni K. Williams in Georgia, USA, as well as an accomplished musician and recording artist.  

She earned a BA in Government from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, which is ranked among the top 15 colleges in the U.S.  In addition,  she holds a certification in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College in Mount Holyoke, Massachusetts and a Juris Doctor from The American University, Washington College of Law, Washington, DC. Also, she holds a certification in Higher Education Teaching from Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts.  Cllr. Williams regards her most rewarding accomplishments as being a wife of 26 years and a proud mother of two beautiful and talented daughters.
