“ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE IN LEARNING AND LIFE”
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help children come into confident possession of their innate talents, acquire the skills needed for success in college anywhere in the world, and establish values that will allow them to be God-fearing, disciplined, self-confident contributors to the advancement of their communities.
The civil war that ravaged Liberia for fourteen years caused a complete collapse of the country’s physical infrastructure. Even more devastating was the collapse of Liberia’s organizational infrastructure, including its educational system. As a result, Liberian children (even those in the best schools) trail behind their counterparts around the world with regard to education.
The Cyber-ed Christian School of Excellence was founded in 2012 by Soni Karnga Williams as a homeschool, in an effort to provide quality education for children in Liberia. CCS was expanded to a private international school in September of 2015. Today, CCS is creating Liberian scholars who can successfully compete with students around the world and excel.
Our goal is to catapult Liberia into the twenty-first century by offering students residing in Liberia the opportunity to acquire the highest quality education and by providing a rich environment of challenging courses.
Our flexible student based approach utilizes a combination of animated lessons and interactive activities through web based programs and the arts to make learning dynamic and fun.
